Stiggs Feed a Friend Director
Natasha has been a beloved member of the Stiggs Brewing Company family for many years. In 2021, she took a remarkable step by co-founding the Stiggs Feed a Friend program, where her dedication and compassion led her to become the Executive Director.
Her journey is deeply inspiring, rooted in her beginnings as a young mother facing her own challenges. She often reflects, "If it weren't for the people who helped me, I wouldn't be where I am today." This heartfelt sentiment highlights her gratitude and the importance of community support, which fuels her commitment to helping others.
Our story
”Hey I got some cash and i want to help people out”
During the height of the pandemic, the brewery doors were closed and uncertainty filled the air. One quiet day, owner Mike Castiglione was inside when a compassionate patron reached out and said:
“I’ve got some cash, and I want to help people. Can you feed them?”
With that simple, heartfelt request, the patron wrote a generous check—sparking an act of kindness that reminded us all of the strength of community even in the hardest times.

Stiggs Feed-A-Friend was born from a growing desire to uplift those facing hardship. As community support poured in, it became clear that something bigger was taking shape. Natasha stepped in as Director, driven by a deep passion to ensure this movement didn’t fade—it grew.
With her leadership, the mission expanded into a full nonprofit dedicated to serving families in need. Through creative and energetic fundraisers like Feed-A-Friend raffles, derby parties, live and silent auctions, and galas, supporters rallied around the cause—allowing us to help more people than ever before.

Since 2020, Stiggs Feed-A-Friend has been dedicated to standing with our community when it matters most. What began as a simple desire to ensure no one went without a meal has grown into a mission rooted in compassion, action, and dignity.
We believe that support should be immediate, meaningful, and respectful. That’s why we focus on weekend food boxes, urgent assistance, and essential resources for individuals and families who may otherwise go without. Through strong local partnerships, generous donors, and a deeply committed volunteer team, we turn care into action and help build long-term stability for those we serve.
As we look to the future, our mission remains clear and unwavering:

We are here to provide nourishment, basic necessities, and pathways to hope—ensuring each person feels seen, supported, and empowered toward a more stable tomorrow.
While Stiggs Feed-A-Friend operates as a separate nonprofit organization, our roots remain connected to the spirit of community kindness that first inspired this mission.
At Stiggs Brewery & Kitchen (a separate, for-profit establishment), guests are invited to take part in a simple act of generosity through the
Pay It Forward Meal Board.
✅ You can purchase a meal for someone in need.
✅ If you are experiencing hardship, you are welcome to take a ticket from the board—no questions asked.
✅ Bring the ticket to the bartender any day Stiggs is open, and enjoy a warm meal with dignity.
This initiative is run by Stiggs Brewery & Kitchen, not by Stiggs Feed-A-Friend. However, both share a common goal: ensuring no one in our community feels alone during difficult times.
